Please take time to read these Terms and Conditions carefully intended for the Wheelzy users. The terms and Conditions of this business must be strictly followed accordingly to maintain good service and comfortable access. if you have disagreement within these terms and conditions then you may not use our services. 

 Use of Contents: 

All the contents appearing on the website or app, except as otherwise noted, are properties either owned, or used under license by the business and its associate entities featured on this website or app. The use of any of this content on this website is illegal. Without the written consent of the organization, none of the content can be used by any party in any form for any purpose personal or Commercial. 

Security Rules: 

Users are not allowed to do the following: 

Accessing prohibited, illegal or inappropriate internet pages or servers related to the website 

Breaching or any attempt of breach to the security or authentication measures of the server without proper authorization Interfering with service or the connection of the server. Sending unsolicited electronic mails, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services.

Wheelzy has the right to change these terms and conditions and pricing anytime when it is needed by the website and the company itself for security and assurance purposes. Expect any random changes that will apply anytime on these terms and conditions.

Wheelzy Washing Services Terms & Condition Schedules of time and location and vehicle are to be followed. 

 If you book at a particular time and at a particular location, services will be provided precisely as follows but if you wish to change schedule and location due to some issue please feel free to contact the company for adjustments and reschedule the service but if you wish to do the washing service randomly in more than one premise, you must pay the additional premise cost along with the monthly vehicle cleaning charges. The particular vehicle with the same number plate (against which booking has been confirmed) which is intended to be cleaned and checked must be present when the representative arrives at the area, any other vehicle which is not included in the booking will not be given service at any means.

The daily cleaning package is residential society specific. Daily Cleaning Package services will not be provided anywhere outside the particular society even if it is within our serviceable area. 

 

   

Cancellation and wait time: 

Wheelzy representatives will wait for 15 minutes from scheduled service time at your premise for the availability of the vehicle After 15 mins of waiting in case of non-availability of vehicle the representative will move away from your premise. In such cases the service will not be provided on that day. Cancellation or adjustments of schedules is only applicable the day before the service day. On the service day no cancellation or service adjustments will be entertained.  

 If service is canceled in the middle of a bill cycle, then customer has to pay for the full bill cycle. 

Your privacy and security is a must to us: 

You shall not handover the garage or vehicle keys to any Wheelzy representative for any reason.If the key or any property or the vehicle is damaged due to handing over the key or allowing to park the vehicle to the Wheelzy representative the company (Wheelzy) will not take any responsibility in such cases. Be responsible. 

Booking schedule and locations must be precise and with details: 

Your vehicle shall be parked in the specified slot, zone, area or property as stated during the booking confirmation so that the Wheelzy representative can easily locate the vehicle and start the service. There must be enough space for a person around the vehicle to perform the vehicle cleaning operation. If the space is not reachable, the representative will only clean the areas that are within his reach. Customer must ensure that the parking gate is not locked when the Wheelzy representative reaches the premises. Any additional points of the premises like dogs, high voltage cables, construction must be reported to the Wheelzy representaive. Any accidents due to failure of disclosing the additional points will draw penalties towards the customer. 

Company fails to come on the Scheduled day: 

If Wheelzy  is unable to provide the service at any scheduled day due to the fault of Wheelzy or its representatives, it will be rescheduled to another time on the same day or another day as per the schedule within the bill cycle or the next bill cycle will be adjusted whichever suits the situation or services. 

 Company could not provide service due to other issues: 

If the company could not provide the service due to any other reason which is not company’s fault or not under control of the company directly or indirectly for eg car not present in the designated parking zone, someone else cleaned the vehicle, in such cases the service schedule will not be adjusted and this will be counted within the billing cycle.

The company provide our own product to use:  

The company will not use any customer’s own products. The company will not take any responsibility if there is any damage caused for using those A ‘One Time’ charge will be levied if the customer uses his own product separately or forces the representative to use his/her own product for vehicle wash. 

Point of Contact 

Customer must not contact the service representatives for any queries or concerns related to wash or services. Any concerns must be directly put forward to the company via call, whatsapp, emails. If customer approaches the service representatives for service directly, in that case Wheelzy will not take any responsibilities of loss or damage of properties of the customer. Customer must not approach the service representatives for any personal jobs or services. 

Any inconvenience with the service representatives must be immediately brought in front of the company. Customer must not misbehave with the service representatives. 

Payment Methods and Agreement: 

No extra service charge is required for online payment. In case of cash payment or if Wheelzy supervisor reaches the customer for collecting the payment if even online, an extra service charge of Rs 10 will be levied. No cash payment is allowed. 

Change of Plan/Package 

Customer are not allowed to change plan in between an ongoing bill cycle. Customers may switch plans or packages from the next bill cycle. In order to change from Basic to Premium, customer has to opt for any addon service under Basic package in current bill cycle and can change the plan. 

Regarding the usage of water: 

Vehicles may not be washed with water every day to avoid rusting issues. Water will be used only if required. The company will not take any responsibility if there is any mechanical problem for the use of water while washing vehicle. 

Schedule processing and bill cycle: 

Your bill cycle will be for 28 days and all payments will be made at the time of booking the service since this is a prepaid service Wheelzy operations will remain closed on Tuesdays every week. For any Government holidays or adverse climatic conditions like stom or rain or pandemics or political issues like strikes or curfews Wheelzy may have to suspend the services on those particular days. No adjustments in billing cycle will be done for those days. 

 

By opting for Wheelzy service, customer agrees to the above stated Terms & Conditions.
