1. ADOPTION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS

You agree to the terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, with or without notice, each time you access this website.

2. CONTINUATION OF SERVICE

Owners of this website reserve the right to modify or suspend this website without prior notice. Owners are not responsible for the maintenance, timely delivery, accuracy of the data or information provided on this website.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

The user must provide accurate information on request.

4. USER BEHAVIOR

The owners of this website are not responsible for content(s) that the user may deem offensive or offensive. In addition, users should not:

a) Provide any illegal, offensive, obscene, harmful or disrespectful content.

The owners of this website monitor sales from start to finish. Nothing is sold using a warranty website.

Konzept Technologien Pvt Ltd dba Wheelzy takes the necessary care to provide proper packaging to withstand the movement of objects. Any dispute regarding transport damage will be handled by Konzept Technologien Pvt Ltd dba Wheelzy in terms of sales.

11. WASHING TERMS

1. Please confirm the pricing before booking our service. We reserve the right to change and/ or charge pricing without prior notice.
2. All payments should be done online. Cash payment will NOT be accepted.
3. You should pay the minimum amount while you book our service.
4. You should pay the remaining amount before your service is done by our representatives at your place.
5. Only the service(s) that you have booked will be considered. No request will be entertained regarding additional service(s).
6. If there is any mismatch between the information that you have provided during booking (e.g. Type of car, service type, address etc.)  and the observation by our representatives, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or charge you extra. In case of cancellation you will get the refund after deducting the minimum amount determined by the us.
7. Do not pay our representatives. If you make any payment to our representatives, it is entirely your liability. 
8. We will inform you in advance about the representatives to be sent to your place. Please verify their identity before you let them in your place. We are NOT responsible for any act by a person not sent by us.
9. We are not liable for any damage or loss of vehicle/ part of it / accessories while it is serviced by our agents. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety of the car and its parts. 
10. We are not liable for any damage/loss of property of the customer during the service. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety and security of his/her place. 
11. The customer must provide water and/or electricity as required by our representatives to complete the power wash of the vehicle at the customer’s premise. If power is unavailable, then our representatives will wash the vehicle by hand. If water and power, both cannot be availed from the customer’s premise, the service will be canceled.
12. The customer must provide us with the correct address in details where the representative will go to clean or wash the car at the designated time slot. 
13. For Interior cleaning appointments, customers must provide power so the vacuum cleaner can be used. Without power vacuum cleaner cannot be used and Wheelzy will not be responsible for inappropriate cleaning. If the door is locked and the customer is not present, Wheelzy representatives will not be able to perform Interior Cleaning and a refund will not be issued in that case. Customers must remove all valuables and loose items from the car before interior cleaning is done to avoid any loss of item. Wheelzy will not be responsible for any loss of item during cleaning. Wheelzy will not entertain any such claims of loss of item or damage after interior cleaning is done.
14. Wheelzy will not be responsible for dirt, dust and mud at the customer’s premise due to car wash performed at the premises. 
15. If any complaint arises while washing cars from the association of the premise or other people staying within the association, Wheelzy will stop working on the car and will leave the premises without creating further complications. No refunds will be entertained in such cases.

12.Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms

Wheelzy has the right to cancel the booking if the customer is not found at the address stated while booking and if the customer’s car is not available at the premises. For the wrong address, no refund will be given to the customer. For unavailability of the car at the premise, Wheelzy might reschedule the booking based on availability of the time slot within the next 30 days.
